You need a Sailer account whose email is a member of at least one workspace. That is the whole list. No API token, no admin role, no AWS. Start with CRM. First connection is read scopes only — the model can look, it cannot change anything until you reconnect and grant writes. The URL is exact. /mcp/crm, not /crm.
